FROM AMRIK SINGH
AMRITSAR MAY 6
At the invitation of Giani Harpreet Singh, Jathedar of Akal Takht Sahib, about 45 Sikh organizations today discussed the violent incidents in Patiala at meeting at Akal Akal Takht here today and
and demanded high level probe from present High Court judge.
The meeting in a resolution Strongly condemned the communal narrative and the one sided unjustified harassment of Sikh youth by the Punjab Police.
Giani Harpreet Singh, Jathedar of Akal Takht, said that the Patiala incident was part of the ongoing mental and physical genocide of the Sikh community by the Indian state since 1947. This kind of situation is being created to politicize the polarization of votes like previous governments. Which are not in the interest of the country. The Jathedar said that the government was carrying out attacks to discredit and destroy the Sikhs. Every Sikh government around the world is being targeted by policies and communal forces. Sri Akal Takht Sahib will never tolerate government repression of Sikh youth. In the resolutions passed on the occasion, he said that he strongly condemned the violent incident that took place in Patiala on April 29 and termed the Punjab government’s performance as oppressive policy towards the Sikh community. Because no action was taken against Harish Singla who had made a poster several days ago challenging the Sikh community till the incident took place. Bhai Baljinder Singh Parwanan was declared the mastermind for this incident due to constitutional action taken by the administration. This government had created a false story against the Sikh community through the media.
In another resolution it was said that a person attacked Bhai Gursewak Singh Bhana with a sword and Bhai Bhana tried to stop him with a stick. But the government blames the one who stopped the beating with a stick. The government accused the Sikhs of attacking the temple, but the temple committee exposed the government’s lie. The government registered leaflets against 26 innocent Sikhs and summoned their families to the police station.
He reprimanded that the genocide of the Sikhs had led the governments to ruin. Therefore, the political bread of communalism should be avoided by heating the bones of Sikhs.
The meeting asked the government to withdraw the security guards provided to fake Shiv Sainiks in Punjab. Today
It is not a crime to demand Khalistan peacefully as per the orders of the Supreme Court of India. Making and presenting. The government should learn from the past and stop playing with fire for the sake of votes.
